I have the honour to inform you that Dr.---

W. V. M. Koch the Superintendent of the Government Civil Hospital in this Colony has requested to be allowed to retire from the Service on attaining the age of 55 years on the 29th. October next.

2.

Dr. Koch was appointed as Assistmt

Surgeon in the Medical Department of this Colony on the 14th. January, 1903, previous to which date he was Medical Officer at Port of Spain, Trinidad, in which Colony he served from July 12th., 1889 to 1902.

3.

Dr. Koch will for the present continue to reside in this Colony and I am requesting the Government of Trinidad to forward to you as early as possible particulars of the pension due from that Government and I shall be obligea if you will request the Crow Agents on receipt of these particulars to arrange for payment of his pension in this Colony.
